We’re currently available online and through our events & catering services. A new permanent Amoodi’s location is coming soon.
How much does shipping cost? +
40 AED across all Emirates.
What's your return policy? +
All sales are final. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost. Need customer service? Contact us on info@amoodiscreamery.com

Shipping
How do you ship ice cream? +
We ship our ice cream in an insulated box with ample dry ice, ensuring it stays perfectly frozen until well into your delivery day.
How much does shipping cost? +
40 AED across the Emirates.
Where all can you ship? +
We deliver to Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. Please see the Shipping Policy for more details.
Is there a minimum order? +
Yes — our minimum order is three pints. The good news? Shipping rates stay the same no matter how much you order, so you’ll pay the same whether it’s three pints or a freezer-full. Plus, all non-frozen items — like our apparel and merch — ship free.
Gifting
Can I surprise someone with a gift of Amoodi’s? +
We adore surprises—but because your gift is perishable, please ensure the recipient will be home to receive it and store it in the freezer right away.
Do you include receipts in your gift shipments? +
We never include receipts, prices, or payment details in any gift shipment.
Can I include a note to the recipient? +
Yes. At checkout, you’ll find a ‘Gift Message’ field—simply type your note there, and we’ll print it to include with your gift.
